The Rancho Villa Real Community is dedicated to a sustainable environment to ensure that natural integrity and conservation remains a top priority. Here are some of our environmental highlights:
- A very low overall project density of only 2.46 residential units per acre.
- An on-site sewage treatment facility provides an environmentally sensitive system of sanitary sewage disposal for all units within the Master Condominium domain.
- Grey water produced from sewage treatment plant is utilized for underground irrigation to all green areas within the Master Condominium domain.
- Restrictions on natural vegetation trimming and removal.
- A minimum of 85% of land in the Escondido Domain and 65% of land in the Master Condominium will remain natural or landscaped.
- Buffer areas with native trees and vegetation will provide natural area separations between the various development enclaves A natural conservation area, known as El Bosque, has been established and preserved within the upper Escondido domain.
- El Parque Mango is a 1.5 acre, centrally located park for the use, enjoyment and future needs of all owners within the community.
- Numerous walking paths, trails and walkways encourage residents to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the natural areas of the community without the use of automobiles.
- Low-level street lighting is used to avoid the disturbance of nocturnal animal habitats and disruption of the natural setting.
- Underground utility and service installations preserve the natural appearance of the community in it’s natural state.
- A maximum building height of 2-storeys limits structural intrusion and preserves the natural ambience for the community.
